CARE INSTRUCTIONS

NATALIE NESS jewellery is hand made - the metal components we use are either pewter or brass & are all electro-plated with an antique brass finish. All earring hooks and posts are nickel free. Our stud earrings are made from surgical steel. When sourcing our components we always purchase nickel free, however, even though all cautions are taken, we advise that traces of nickel may be found in our jewellery.

Always keep your NATALIE NESS jewellery stored in a safe place, preferably in a jewellery box to prevent oxidisation when you are not wearing. Keep all jewellery products away from perfume, moisturiser, tanning products or hairspray. Remove your NATALIE NESS jewellery when swimming, bathing or showering and keep them dry. Our jewellery has a vintage look and feel; you do not need to polish your jewellery unless you desire a shinier appearance. Tarnish is a naturally occurring process that occurs with brass and brass plating. This does not mean your product is faulty. If you do not like the appearance of tarnish on your jewellery, we recommend simply polishing with a polishing cloth or polishing cream with a soft cloth. Pieces may be delicate so care should be taken when wearing & storing. Damage from careless wear/storage (including water damage) is not the responsibility of NATALIE NESS.

WARRANTY

Each NATALIE NESS product is carefully hand constructed from the highest quality materials. Given the delicate nature of a hand made process, we offer a 6 month warranty on all NATALIE NESS pieces from date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing faults (but does not cover neglect or wear & tear) and we will at our discretion replace or repair your damaged product.

Every item has been hand made with care and slight imperfections are considered a feature of all our products. We do not factory make and consistency is near impossible to achieve. If you do not accept purchasing a hand made item with inconsistencies such as an image not perfectly centred or the colour of the metal slightly different from the product photo, please refrain from purchasing.
